• For 2025-26 School Year: IAA School Timings

• For 2025-26 School Year: Monthly Tuition Fee, Late Fee Charge, Payment Method (Credit Card) Update

• First month fee is non-refundable.
• Timely fee payment is parents responsibility.
• Tuition is due on the 1st and is late after the 5th. There will be a $25 late fee added to the total if monthly tuition fee is not paid by the 5th of the month.
• We don't offer partial or pro-rated monthly tuition fees.
• First monthly fee payment is required to confirm the IAA School registration.
• We understand that sometimes payment method update is needed due to Credit Card expiration or a new card for various reasons. Please send email to iaaschool@myallenmasjid.com asking to update the payment method.
• IAA School Admin will send an email from MOHID with a link to update the payment information.
• Please don't wait to have the monthly school payment fail and then update the payment information.
• After 3 CC payment monthly fee failures, parents will be asked to pay for the full year.
• All refund requests will incur $50 administrative fee.

• For 2025-26 School Year: Late Pickup

• Please pick up your child promptly after class end time.
• We understand that there are emergencies resulting in late pickup. We expect parents to make alternate pick up arrangements in case of emergencies and inform Sh Shahid or Sh Ameen (for their respective programs) about the emergency.
• We will allow 5 minutes grace period for pickup after class ending time.
• There will be a $5 per minute late pick up charge for pick ups after the grace period ends.

• For 2025-26 School Year: Withdrawal Policy

• Please send an email at iaaschool@myallenmasjid.com with the subject line: Withdrawal Request - (Program Name) to get the withdrawal process started. Provide student details.
• Withdrawal requests communicated in any other form such as text or verbal or phone call will NOT be accepted and will NOT start the withdrawal process.
• Minimum 30 days notice is required for withdrawal request. 
• Parents are responsible for paying the school fee till Withdrawal Request processing is complete (30 days from the date of Withdrawal Request).
• All future payments scheduled (or completed) after the 30 days Withdrawal Request processing time will be cancelled.
• No partial monthly fee refund will be issued.
• Withdrawal requests with yearly payment will have the yearly discount removed before calculating the monthly fee and determining the amount of refund.
• All refunds will incur $50 administrative fee.
